About Us

Therapeia CDC is a non-profit 501(C) agency that expands and improves the quality of life for low-income and minority communities in the Hermitage and Old Hickory neighborhoods through economic development, educational initiatives, neighborhood planning projects, healthy living initiatives, and opportunities for restorative justice. By practicing radical hospitality, building creative partnerships, amassing resources, and encouraging volunteer efforts, we provide individual advocacy, guidance, and mentoring, address gaps in service, and foster dignity, achievement, and independence for each person we serve.
